Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets

All tickets are sold on behalf of the event organiser. A ticket is only valid once payment is confirmed and a unique ticket is issued to your account.

2. Entry

Each ticket admits one person and may only be redeemed once. You may be asked for ID matching the ticket holder.

3. Pricing and fees

Prices include the ticket face value plus any stated booking fees. Fees are shown before you complete payment.

4. Changes and cancellation

Events may be rescheduled or cancelled by the organiser. We will contact you using the details on your order if this affects your booking.

5. Conduct

You must comply with venue rules, age restrictions and any applicable law.
