When do I get paid?
Earnings are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the event has successfully
concluded. This ensures all potential refund requests or disputes are handled.
How do I scan tickets at the door?
You can use our built-in web scanner on any smartphone. Simply log in to your dashboard, select
"Scan Tickets," and use your device's camera to verify QR codes instantly.
What fees do attendees pay?
By default, we charge a small service fee and payment processing fee on top of your ticket price.
You also have the option in your event settings to "absorb" these fees so the attendee only sees the
price you set.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can sell?
No! Whether you're hosting an intimate workshop for 10 or a festival for 10,000, our infrastructure
is built to scale with your needs.
