3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ticket Purchases and Fulfillment

• All ticket purchases are subject to availability and the specific event's terms.
• Prices are subject to change until a purchase is completed.
• Tickets are delivered electronically. It is your responsibility to present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the event.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Users who create events and sell tickets ("Organizers") agree to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Honor all tickets sold through the platform.
• Clearly communicate any specific terms or conditions applicable to their event.

6. Limitation of Liability

RushTickets acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the events themselves, including cancellations, postponements, or the quality of the event experience. Our liability is limited to the fees collected for our services.
